Yesterday marked a huge milestone — Novo IT is officially 4 years old! Time has flown by, and what a journey it’s been.

When we first started as Novo Custom Ltd, we had a clear mission: to responsibly dispose of electronic waste and help businesses make eco-conscious decisions. Little did we know, our values of transparency, honesty, and care would become the driving force behind an exciting transformation.

As we grew, it became clear that the community needed more than just an electronic waste disposal company – they needed a Managed Service Provider (MSP) that truly understood their challenges. This is when Novo IT was born. We introduced a unique approach: no long-term tie-ins, just real partnerships and support, provided with heart, all on a 30-day rolling contract. Our belief is simple: we earn your trust every month.

Running a business without prior experience has been one of the biggest challenges of my life, but thanks to late nights, learning experiences, and amazing people around me, we’ve not just survived – we’ve thrived.

Our services and pricing have evolved, but the heart of Novo IT remains the same: building real relationships and delivering value. I’m deeply proud of what we’ve accomplished, but none of this would be possible without the incredible people around us.

Looking Ahead – Our Commitment to Giving Back

As we look ahead, we’re excited to continue building strong relationships and serving our community. One cause that’s particularly close to our hearts is Crawley Open House, a local charity supporting those facing homelessness and hardship. We look forward to partnering with them more in the future to help make a difference.
