Novo IT was founded in May 2021 by Szymon and Anita Dymek, a husband-and-wife team passionate about technology, sustainability, and doing IT better. Tired of seeing clients treated like numbers, they built a company rooted in transparency, long-term partnerships, and genuine care.

“We started Novo IT to be the company we wished we could have hired—friendly, responsive, and ethical,” says Szymon.
