We maintain and support modern Windows desktops and laptops.
To provide the highest-quality support in Windows environments, we require you to have Windows 11 Pro or Enterprise.
If you don’t have Windows 11, we will help you upgrade during onboarding.
Yes, it is! We stand by our commitment to total customer satisfaction, which includes offering clear terms and conditions.
On plans that offer Unlimited technical assistance, we track the hours we spend supporting your employees on their desktops, laptops, and mobile devices – but will never bill anything extra for support past your normal subscription price.
We offer truly unlimited remote support, with all in-scope services found in our General Terms & Conditions for IT Support contract. The majority of day-to-day issues can be resolved remotely, however we do have on-site technicians available when needed.
If we do need to send a technician on-site for a project, or out of scope work, a nominal dispatch fee and standard hourly rate applies.
We don’t believe in locking customers to long-term contracts! You can cancel any time by contacting us directly. We believe that our work speaks for itself and we build our business on honest relationships.
As we work with your team more and more, we can propose an annual contract with 15% discount rate.
Support licenses can be decreased as needed with 30 days notice. Same for any licensing adjustments (unless a longer commitment for discounted price has been agreed)
You can add any license or support seat at any time.
Most likely NO! We will check your hardware during IT Audit and will give you recommendations through first report. We are huge fans of refurbished and re-used equipment, as long as it’s in good condition and is still supported.
You don’t have to purchase any hardware through us. However, we will happily provide a quotation for any equipment you may need.
Yes, all of our Managed IT Service packages are GDPR compliant and may be purchased for protected EU citizens.
